Animal Communications
I can communicate with animals that are living or have passed. If your pet isn't eating or has a change in behavior, this would be the perfect way to figure out what's going on in their mind and body so that we can help! They can communicate through their higher self like people, so we can ask them anything.

Hypnosis
- General hypnosis (3 sessions) Did you know that hypnosis is helpful with breaking nervous habits like nail biting or stuttering. Hypnosis can also help you work on decreasing stress, improving study habits and concentration, losing weight, decreasing body pain and mental strain, building self confidence, smoking cessation, working through fears, grief, past life regression or anything else you are having trouble with!

- Past Life Regression (1 session). I'm the facilitator of the past life. You're the one seeing it. Once you're in hypnosis, I ask questions and people will come through from your past life.

Reiki
The word reiki is made up of 2 Japanese words. The first Rei - means "God's wisdom or the "higher power" and ki- means "life force energy." So when put together it means spiritually guided life force energy.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, pain relief, and relaxation. It is often used in hospitals and operating rooms to promote healing in the body. It is administered by laying on hands, it is based on the idea that "life force energy" flows through us. If our life force energy is low we are more likely to be sick or feel stress, when our "life force energy" is high are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki feels like a wonderful glowing warmth through and around your body. Reiki always treats the whole person, body, mind, spirit and emotions. Although it is a simple technique it is very beneficial. Reiki is a very old technique that is now being used in hospitals, surgeries, cancer center, and dentist offices.

Sound Therapy
Sound therapy is an ancient wellness practice for healing, relaxation, and self-care. A session involves lying down or sitting in a comfortable setting, closing your eyes, and focusing on sounds made by musical instruments like chimes, gongs, drums, rain sticks, singing bowls, and more.
These sessions are often referred to as sound baths because the idea is to bathe in the vibrations and sounds and let them wash over you. Sound vibrations can have a powerful effect on our minds and bodies. Research shows that the sounds can slow down our brain waves and put our bodies in a very relaxed state. It may also be able to help with certain physical and mental health conditions,
**Sound therapy can be performed in person as a solo session or in a group. It can, also, be performed over the phone or video call.
